稽古日誌 / Training Diary ー October 28th 2018 (Phrom Phong dojo)

本日は、体の変更(一)、臂力の養成(二)、正面打ち肘締め(二)、横面打ち四方投げ(一)並びに関連技の稽古を行いました。

本日稽古した二つの技はいずれもあまり相手を追いかけ過ぎると逆に自分がバランスを崩します。
バランスを崩した自分に人を動かす力があるはずがありません。

Today we practiced Tai-no-henko ichi (Body change 1) ,Hiriki-no-yosei ni ( Elbow power 2 ) ,Shomen-uchi hiji-shime ni (Front strike elbow lock 2),Yokomen-uchi shiho-nage ichi (Side strike 4 direction throw 1) and related techniques.

In today’s two techniques, if you chase your partner too much ,you will lose balance of yourself.
You can not have power to move someone if you are off balance.
