稽古日誌 / Training Diary ー October 21st 2018 (Phrom Phong dojo)

本日は、臂力の養成(一)(二)、肘持ち一ヶ条抑え(一)、後技両肩持ち側面入身投げ(二)並びに関連技の稽古を行いました。

本来、人は誰も他人に無理やり仰向けに倒されたり、地面に跪かされたりするのは嫌です。だから自然に自分を怪我や痛みから守るためにその力に抵抗します。
しかし合気道の技はそれをやろうとします。
受けに不満を感じる前に自分の技を見つめ直すこと。これが修行の道であるはずです。

Today we practiced Hiriki-no-yosei ichi and ni ( Elbow power 1&2 ) , Hiji-mochi ikkajo-osae ichi ( Elbow grasp 1st control 1 ) , Ushiro-waza ryo-kata-mochi sokumen irimi-nage ni ( Both shoulder grasp from behind side entering throw 2 ), and related techniques.

Nobody want to be thrown down on his back or be gotten down on their knees to the ground forcibly. So it’s natural that they resist your force to do so to protect themselves from injury or pain.
But originally Aikido technique is thing to try to do so.
Face your technique again before feel frustrated by your partner. I believe that’s the way of “shugyo” or practice of discipline.
