稽古日誌 / Training Diary ー October 13th 2018 (Ekkamai dojo)

本日は、臂力の養成(二)、肩持ち二ヶ条抑え(一)、片手持ち呼吸投げ並びに関連技の稽古を行いました。

合気道家は受けにも持った手を離す自由があることを忘れないようにしなければいけません。

Today we practiced Hiriki-no-yosei ni (Elbow power 2),Kata-mochi nikajo-osae ichi (Shoulder grasp 2nd control 1),Katate-mochi kokyu-nage (One hand grasp breath throw) and related techniques.

Aikido practitioners should never forget that your partner has freedom to let your hand go even after they grasp your hand.
