稽古日誌 / Training Diary ー May 27th 2018 (Phrom Phong dojo)

本日は、終末動作(一)、片手持ち四方投げ(一)、横面打ち正面入り身投げ(二)並びに関連技の稽古を行いました。

自分自身が疲れている時または、相手の体格が大きく違ってやりにくい時こそ稽古のしどころです。

自分のいつもの枠を外すチャンスです。

Today we practiced Shumatsu-dosa ichi ( After class exercise 1 ),Katate-mochi shiho-nage ni ( One hand grasp 4 direction throw 1 ),Yokomen-uchi shomen irimi-nage ni ( Side strike front entering throw 2 ) and related technique.

When you are already tired or you practice with partner who is difficult to apply technique to because he/ she is much bigger or smaller than you ,it’s time to improve yourself.
It’s an opportunity to exceed your usual limit.
