稽古日誌 / Training Diary ー October 7th 2017 (Ekkamai dojo)

本日は、片手持ち二ヶ条抑え(二)、片手持ち肘当て呼吸投げ(一)、後技両手持ち肘当て呼吸投げ(一)並びに関連技を中心に稽古を行いました。

二ヶ条抑え。もし力が相手より強いから、段級が相手より上だから相手が下に沈んでくれるのであれば、本当は何度も繰り返し稽古する意味はありません。そこを越えた時にのみ本当の達成感があるはずです。

Today we practiced, Katate-mochi nikajo-osae ni (One hand grasp 2nd control 2), Katate-mochi hiji-ate kokyu-nage ichi (One hand grasp hitting elbow breath throw 1) ,Ushiro-waza ryote-mochi hiji-ate kokyu-nage ichi (Two hand grasp from behind hitting elbow breath throw 1) and related techniques.

2nd control. If your partner moves downward because you have stronger power or you have higher dan or kyu than him/her, actually there is no meaning to practice it over and over.

I believe that we should enjoy a sense of achievement only when we overcome it.
