本日は、正面打ち四ヶ条抑え(一)、横面打ち四ヶ条抑え(二)並びに関連技を行いました。

四ヶ条は構えです。構えが強くなればなるほど四ヶ条の技も強くなります。

どうしたら強い構えができるのでしょうか?

それはそれを求め続けることではないかと思います。

Today we practiced Shomen-uchi yonkajo osae ichi (Front strike 4th control 1) and Yokomen-uchi yonkajo osae ni (Side strike 4th control 2)   and related techniques.

Essence of 4th control techniques is kamae (basic posture).The more your kamae become strong the more your 4th control technique become strong.

How can we improve our kamae ?

I think only thing we can do is keeping on pursuing it.
